Finished Object Friday (teeny edition)

Click now for JiffNotes

I finally finished a Hexipuff!!

When I asked what you all were stuffing them with, Cairnish said she was using cotton. Since I wanted to finish the darn thing, I just used a couple cotton puffs I tore up. It was kind of difficult to get the cotton loose enough so it wasn't lumpy, but tight enough so it had some body. I looked for cotton stuffing at Hobby Lobby last time I was there, but they only had cotton batting for quilts. I'm going to keep looking for a non-polyester option.

Yay, puff! I'm all about the puff these days. I'd love to know what you find about the stuffing. I went the polyfill route, but wouldn't mind something better. Watch out, they're addictive!

I have no clue what book that is. Am I going to be upset that I should know what book? Argh! Now I'm going to obsess. Congrats on the hexipuff. I still don't understand the obsession with them but everyone seems to make them.

Thank you for joining up with Fiber Arts Friday!

Nice hexipuff, you won't be able to stop now, it seems that once people have made one of these they become obsessed!

Cute!!

Joann Fabrics maybe? The one closest to me has a lot more options for filler/batting vs. Michael's. (Not familiar with Hobby Lobby so I can't compare.)
