Sue at Craft the Final Frontier challenged me to a KAL on a very old scarf. I'm not sure what pattern hers is, but mine's Wavy (Rav link). Behold! The most boring scarf ever!
It's knit with Lion Brand Wool Ease, which I thought was the AWESOMEST YARN EVER when I bought it...oh, probably six years ago right after I learned to knit. (I don't really know how old this is, but I don't even own the chair in the picture on the Ravelry page anymore!) I call this KAL the "I Can Knit Anything for an Hour" KAL (ICKAH for short!) I'm knitting on it for (at least) an hour during Dancing with the Stars each Monday (all two so far).
Anyone else want to join us?

Wow, that is a noble effort, for sure! Funny, but I totally recognize that pattern as one my friend knit ages ago (2005, maybe?). At least it'll be warm and cozy once you survive the process. Godspeed!
The scarf is pretty. I bet you'll be pleased with it when it's done.
Good for you for working to finish it! I remember when I thought Wool Ease was awesome too. Oh how we grow!
I think it'd make the perfect topper to any ensemble. :D
Awwwww. Wool-Ease ain't ALL bad. I still think it's nice for gift giving where you aren't sure how the item is going to be treated/cleaned. Absolutely TERRIBLE for man-socks though. Ooof. Did that once at the beginning of 'my' knitting career and those suckers did not last long.
Oh I'm totally on board for this. I made a shelf liner a couple of years ago from dishcloth cotton and then committed to making two more matching ones. How crazy boring is that? Time to bear down and push'em out though!
Looks a snuggly scarf
