Well, it wasn't done as "soon" as I thought...
...and it's got more than a few "imperfections" in it...
...and it was a HUGE pain to finish...
...and the final binding stitch was put in without much fanfare in the car on the way to work...
...but, gosh, I'm happy with it!
Shiny scissors fob weight quarters provided by Michael...one Kentucky quarter, for where I took the class, and one 2007 quarter, for...you know, when I "theoretically" finished it. =)

I finally finished Catherine Theron's Quaker Sewing Case...and I'm already forgetting what a pain in the neck it was!!! |

I think it's wonderful, imperfections and all. And I just love your cliffnotes, even though I read your whole post before reading them.
Wow!! That's gorgeous!
It is beautiful and I'm sure you're the only person who could find any imperfections! I think I might be inspired to pick this up while I sit on the couch coughing. (Oh yeah, I might even work on it!)
There don't appear to be any imperfections from where I'm sitting. This is stunning!! Thanks for posting the pics!!
Absolutely beautiful!!! I may go get mine and actually work on it. :) Can't wait to see it in person.
Heather I think its just stunning! Well done!
It's beautiful!!!
Hi Heather -
Congrats on the finish!!! It looks great - stitching and finishing!! What a great accomplishment! I hope to see it in person at the next ASG!
