OK, these socks are a little crazy.
Well, really, the socks aren't crazy, but maybe the yarn is? I love this yarn, I love the colors, but I knew I'd be bored knitting a plain sock with it, so I figured I'd give this pattern a try. I think it looks OK and I'll love wearing them, and they're really fun to knit.
What do you think? Do you like them or did I go too far? Will I be kicked out of the Cookie A Sock Club for defacing one of her patterns with my wacky yarn choice??

ReplyDeleteI knit a pair of socks in that EXACT colorway last year and loved them but I just made plain socks out of them. Personally, I'm not too keen on thick stripes + lace pattern. But that's just me. (Basic rib I like though.)
